I do not have before pictures of this room handy, but it was pretty worn out. There was old 12x12 vinyl tile we finally decided to remove. That mostly came up easy except where the floor was different. There was sheet vinyl underneath and it was on there pretty good. Our bathoom used to be half the size. The former owners made the coat closet into part of the bath and added a shower. We were so worn out doing the floor that we decided we needed Home Depot to do the ceramic. We were going to put new 12x12 vinyl in there. It turned out so good with the ceramic, I am glad we changed our minds. It is like a real bathroom now and not pieced together. my middle daughter and I painted it mostly. We put the new vanity in (clearance for $200 from $300!) and the sink was pretty cheap too. We re used our old faucet which was not that old. Could not find a new mirror big enough to cover the space from the old one so we painted it and left it:)
